While IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer) are logged to track a user's session, the user remains anonymous. We capture the email addresses of only those who have placed an order with us, and those who enrolled, registered or signed up for one or more of our mailing lists.

Email addresses are used to send you information that you requested or to confirm orders only.

We NEVER sell, rent, or loan our email lists to outside firms.

We retain this information for a period of time to allow for the possibility of a credit being posted to your credit card for an order being cancelled and asked for a refund.

We request a phone and/or fax number on order forms to contact you and educate you on our opportunity or discuss about your order. However, this information is entered into our personal customer database only. We NEVER sell, rent, or loan our list of customer fax or phone numbers. Nor any other information about customers.

We use the information that is collected about you for a variety of purposes, such as confirming and fulfilling your order, adding you to our e-mail subscription list, providing your name to Global E-business Technologies Members and Project Managers in connection with your potential interest in our products or business opportunity, analyzing trends and statistics, enhancing the operation of the Site, serving content and advertisements and sending informational and promotional materials about Global E-business Technologies and other companies. We have existing business relationships and may develop other relationships in the future with business partners. In these instances, we may share or otherwise allow access to information that is collected about you that will enable our business partners to contact you regarding products and services that may be of interest. Examples may include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, e-mail administrative functions, processing credit card payments and providing customer service. Lineage Reports, which include all data relating to any Member’s 2-tier downline, including, but not limited to, name, address, identification number, telephone number, e-mail address, fax number, level or rank, volume and sales statistics, are provided to Members in the strictest confidence and for the sole purpose of supporting the Customers and Members in that Member’s 2-tier downline organization to further develop their Global E-business Technologies business. (The 2-tier downline organization consists only of those Members that were personally sponsored by that Member.)

Lineage Reports, including all data contained therein, constitute confidential, proprietary trade secrets of Global E-business Technologies (hereinafter, "Confidential Information. Members may not collect, distribute or gather Confidential Information or personal or aggregate information about other Global E-business Technologies Members or their customers, except in connection with their downline and solely for the purpose of promoting their Global E-business Technologies business, and to manage, motivate and train their downline.

The Site is a general audience web site that is not specifically designed or targeted at children. We do not knowingly collect, use or disseminate any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If, however, we become aware that personally identifiable information regarding a child under the age of 13 has been collected at the Site, we will use such information for the sole purpose of contacting a parent or guardian of the child to obtain verifiable parental consent. If we cannot obtain consent after a reasonable period of time, or if when contacted a parent or guardian requests that we do not use or maintain such information, we will make reasonable efforts to delete it from our records. Upon request by a parent or guardian, Global E-business Technologies will provide a description of the specific types of personal information collected from a child who is under the age of 13.

Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon notice, which may be provided to you via e-mail or by posting the latest version on our Site (hereinafter, “Notice”).
